I meant to say 1957 for Laika’s launch! That’s not the lie!

The story of Laika is so sad, even if she contributed a lot to space exploration. 😢

The last one. The planets would continue orbiting the black hole, not be sucked in.

Laika went up in 1957. And died like a couple of hours later by "overheating " read: roasting to death. Poor pupper.

The last one.
If the sun turned into a black hole, it would still have the same mass therefore the same gravity

Edit: thanks a lot for all the likes and comments
But, please stop talking about "sun sized black holes". Yes, you are right, but for that you would have to throw a bunch of other stars (or a lot of mass in general) into our sun, and that doesn't sound like the "if the sun *turned into* a black hole" scenario to me. But we can talk about it if you disagree

Can’t imagine what Laika was seeing from inside her craft 😔

The darkness, Emptiness, and Earth

I could hear this guy talk about space for days🌎

Number 3, we wouldnt get sucked if its the same gravity, but we will still die from freezing to death

The sun turning into a blackhole, that's the lying one

The third one. We wouldn't get sucked in, but all light would disappear in 8m and 20s, which means we'll freeze to death

Nothing I just laugh a lot when I hear that the sun could become a black hole and all other planets would get sucked into it😂😂🤣

I think there is a problem. Before Laika, several rats and mice were sent up to space, so he was not the first animal in space BUT, if the Sun was replaced by a black hole can be understant in two ways: as big as the Sun is (which means it would have a bigger mass which equals stronger pull) or the same mass as the Sun currently is. We have to decide!

Laika was launched in 1957, not 1999. At that point in time, there was no Soviet Union to speak of at all.

3rd one, because its mass remains constant, than it cannot increase any gravitational force on Earth👍🏻

We need to create AI robots to be sent to space to mine valuable minerals .

The last one, because in a vacuum/space if an object has the same mass it would have the same gravitational force, so the black hole wouldn’t be able to suck us in since it has the same gravitational pull as the sun

#3 AND THE STORY OF THAT WONDERFUL DOG SENDS ME INTO TEARS. 😿

The last one is wrong because the mass will be the same

Sending a dog into space and make it explode is wild
