Amber Heard LOST her Trial against Johnny Depp at First Sight due to so many styling errors, her visual repellant caused not just the jury, but the media & public at large to reject her immediately. We are counting down the TOP 5 errors she made when it comes to presentation & visual cues.
Today's video takes a look at Amber's styling choices and appearance during the defamation trial Depp vs Heard and why they contributed heavily to her loss. So many of us that had experienced abuse could see by her behavior (even at the earlier depositions) that she was not afraid of JD. In fact, the roles seemed reversed. Then the trial confirmed this. She made some efforts to act frightened of him but they were very unbelievable and her angry, bitter testimony just sealed it. She’s a very bad actress and a worse dresser.

The biggest problem for Amber Heard is that she treated this trial like an acting job. The outfits, the hair & make-up and her demeaner made her appear disingenuous.

The problem for Amber wasn’t that her styles were creating a wrong impression. Instead, they helped to reveal her true self and motives.

Thank you for doing this. I’ve always thought her “court costumes” were a mistake. She copied Johnny, she wore power outfits, she wore strong makeup and was wearing very tailored clothing that connoted feminist uniforms.

As someone who was unemployed last summer and was able to watch the whole Depp v. Heard trial, I have rarely clicked on a video as fast as I did this one. Her styling was *atrocious.* Everything about it - clothes, make-up, hair, especially that half-up, half-down hairdo that was just so god awful. I mean, what are you trying to accomplish? Convincing the jury that you're so poor you don't have enough bobby pins to put all of your hair up so they'll be sympathetic and rule in your favor???

1. I never believed her, ever!
2. She looked over-worked, in her clothes, her make-up and hairstyles
3. Her facial expressions were mope-y, moody, stern-jawed and distant, even haughty
4. the drama!!...the looking at the jury whenever she answered a question

If you were in a trial about abuse why on earth would you engage in a pissing contest with someone you've said abused you? She actually tried to be a bigger man in her crazy little mind. She only succeeded in looking like Nurse Ratched,

Trust me, the ponytail was absolutely part of the copying. She didn’t make it look exactly like his because she wanted it to be somewhat flattering on her in her own way, but it was definitely a clap back behavior.

The problem I had when watching the trial was that her team were producing photos of her alleged facial bruising but her blusher was so strong that it looked the same. A genuine victim of abuse would not do that. Great video as ever.

Agreed on all counts. It really looked like she was taunting him by imitating his looks. Even one with a skinny black tie bow like Col. Sanders. Her hair was some cray cray stuff.

I totally agree. Humans are visual. Many people already weren’t sure how they felt about MissHeard. Then sh walks into the courtroom looking like she was determined to prove her power. My take on dressing similarly to Mr Depp was that it looked like she was trying to deliberately antagonize Mr Depp. Found this interesting, thank you as always ❤

I found the deliberate softer look on the day she testified an obvious ploy to look "softer". If she wore softer fabrics the entire time, it wouldn't have been so jarring. It was obvious she was playing a part when she testified. I'd be surprised if the jury didn't notice.

Everything she wore - hair, clothing, and makeup - looked uncomfortable and incongruous. It almost came across as a steampunk vibe. Contrast with Gwyneth Paltrow in court, who dressed in comfortable fabrics and styles for long days in court. I found it strange that Amber had so many wardrobe choices available to mimic JDs attire, given she was so far from home.

Personally, I love braid’s, & I think AH looks good with braids & she looks best with a fresh faced, no makeup look. I watched the entire trial, & I completely agree with your observations. Her hairstyles were mostly HORRENDOUS. Quite frankly, I was shocked at how god-awful they were, she clearly had her hair done professionally every day (maybe her hair stylist hated her?)
