PREPARATION

Ingredients
2-Potatoes
2 tsp -salt
20 min-Boil

bowl
mash potatoes
2-spoons Chopped onions
1/2 tsp-Grided Garlic
1 tsp-Chilli flakes
1 tsp-Oregano
1 tsp-Black pepper
1 cup Coriander Leaves

FOR Batter

1 tsp-corn flour
1 tsp- maida flour
water- for batter

Bread crumbs preparation
5 min-toast the piece of bread
grind in mixture

dip in batter
coat with bread crumbs

oil
Deep fry -until turns to golden brown
Serve with sauce
