The snails probably came from one of your plants in there because some have snail eggs on them also my dad's aquarium has lots too from a plant and I think the snails are called bladder snails.

You may have to get a bigger aquarium for the tank to cycle properly. Also snails and shrimp tend to produce tons of waste and you’re overcrowding. That tank ecosystem can come crashing very quickly. Some snails are invasive you may consider introducing an assassin snail to take matters on its own. Once you have so many snails like this, their eggs are very likely already in your substrate so you’ll be having tons more snails soon. Shrimp, consider getting a nursery aquarium for the pregnant ones or turn this in to that while you invest on a new larger tank. Live plants can only do so much.
