Some tactics that I've confirmed work:
-Height. If the photo has the two standing up, their height really matters. If it's as drastic as this one for example, it's almost certainly dating

-looking at their eyebrows. Sure, it may sound weird, but some couples actually dye their hair together so they look alike, that's why looking at their natural hair color could identify if they are siblings or dating.

-poses. the person running this account, very much wants to see us suffer, so they pictures that look sexual/dating are most likely siblings, and the other way around
