As far as food throwing goes, it’s very normal at this age for them to toss when they’re all done. They just can’t communicate that they’re finished yet! So around this age we taught my son the signs for more and all done, and when we felt like he had them down, we told him that food throwing meant all done and took his food away when he threw. That definitely helped lol, and also they will grow out of it as they grow into their communication skills!
