The TOPO! Software undoubtedly helped many outdoor enthusiasts map and share the trails we know and love today for the very first time. This video is a timeline of the TOPO! products that would eventually be discontinued but live on in our hearts and as USGS TOPO! basemaps on products today.
Now the famous and amazing quality Trails Illustrated maps are in the hands of adventurers and digitized on smartphones through Gaia GPS .
