In our Olympic slot this morning, my guest is someone who came back from the 2016 Rio Olympics with a silver medal around his neck and a future as bright as the brightest star, all the hurdles he had overcome had brought him to this moment where the whole world watched as he leaped to stardom on the biggest platform in sport, the Olympic Games.

Luvo Manyonga's story is full of inspirational moments and huge disappointments in parallel lanes. He joins me this morning to talk about his journey as he finds the best version of himself.
