All of these pens are really great in their own way. I'm very fond of the white Pelikans in particular, but... I have a soft spot in my heart for Benu, and that shooting star is marvelous. I'm really glad they're doing well and are safe and are bringing us more sparkles.

Great list! Super huge fan of the Estie! I’ve been wanting one of their sparkle pens. I have the green and white Pelikan but I paid full price for it when it was first released. It is one of my favorite pens! I also really love that Mother’s Day retro 51! Sure wish they had pink ink refills! Looking forward to June’s list!!

My personal opinion only. I am really enthused by the contemporary Esterbrook FP's. I appreciate the diversity of colors Estie is using, but some of their LE's simply blow over my head. I do not care for sparkles. Pure colors appeal to me, so I jumped at the O/S Maraschino LE. A straight color that is insanely vibrant. But I pass on sparkles.
