Learn how to cook homemade shawarma from scratch! It is simple and basically all it takes is time to let the meat marinade.

Ingredients for 4-5 people:
1 kilo leg of lamb in strips
500 gr of greek yogurt (10% fat)
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp. of black pepper
2 tsp. of salt
1 tsp. cayenne pepper,
1 tsp, nutmeg,
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. lime juice

Serve in tasty wraps with a garlic yogurt dressing, vegetables and plenty of herbs! Bon appétit :-)
