6:00 There was never a "gentlemen's agreement". Sony has never had the ability to buy a company as large as Activision, and until recently, Microsoft wasn't inclined to. The thing that has changed is that the big tech companies (including Microsoft) now see more potential in the gaming industry than they did in the past.
