those are different degrees of perspectives. In the first one, you should see the side of the face, and in the second one, you should see none. great video

Both are fine actually,
One is more closer to facing forward while the other is much more sideways.

I still encourage to learn how to draw faces from all perspectives though. They are not always easy but it can come in hella handy, especially if you one day wanna animate or make comics/manga/graphic novels/etc

3/4 perspective is my favorite perspective. I've always found it to be the easiest since I don't need to make both eyes symmetrical.

Listen bro you saved me a lot of times but you using two different angles you cant be playing like that

This tip would’ve been good if it wasn’t for the fact that those are two different angles. Sure with the three/fourths, the intention is that they are not fully profile but they’re not fully forward either, but that doesn’t mean that there’s not different angles between those two kinds that can be seen. The first one is an example of the person being shown more forward while the second one is a person being almost profile..

I was actually watching myself in the mirror to see the proportion of my face...
I draw like that too...and I love that perspective to draw....it gives a slightly different angle of a face....😊

The thing that helped me the most when thinking about how to draw the eye is thinking about them not as spheres but as orange slices. If you can draw an orange slice from any angle you can draw an eye from any angle.

The eyes DO NOT wrap around the face. They sit in front and should always stay in front. Perspective is key.

I recommens anyone to use themselves as reference. Use your phone or any recording device to record a video of your face from different angles. When in doubt, use yourself as reference. Im a beginner and this tip has helped tons. Good luck guys.
