do NOT just use random soap on your cats face! the "soap" used in the video appears to be a medicated foam prescribed by a vet. this product looks like a fine application method, but the advice given in the ad is not well informed.
if your cat has acne that doesn't go away after switching to glass, stainless steel, or glazed ceramic bowls, call your vets office and ask for their advice.

Plastic food containers or water containers can cause this. Stainless steel appliances are the best because its harder for bacteria to grow on it. That's why most kitchen appliances are stainless steel. Ive outfitted my two cat food bowls with stainless steel and I also got a stainless steel water fountain for ny cats. I have peace of mind knowing they'll have a harder time getting cat acne.

My cat got fleas at one time. And the acne that i thought it was, was instead flea dirt (poop) from the fleas. Once i got rid of them, this so called dirt in the same area was gone. And no, was not an outdoor cat. Just the fleas were resistant to the flea treatments this year

Just use a washcloth and clean the area. One cat I adopted had it like that. I didn’t have to have a vet treat him. I cleaned the area myself. He hardly has it now.

I want this for my cat. She doesn't have much dirt there though since I've switched to using plates with wet food instead of bowls, but sometimes a little dirt is unavoidable.

Switch water and feeding bowls to stainless steel or ceramic ( NO PLASTICS) It will clear up in a few weeks. Sooner if you clean the chin daily.
