Most NZ main players are not playing in this tournament because they are playing in the NBL in NZ so this is a young team who will learn alot better performance from the Philippines though.

Another achievement of Coach chot. Succeded on replicating the game plan by lebanon. Limiting their own turnovers. Unfortunately other areas esp. winning are not part of the game plan.

There's a famous saying in basketball! "The one who overpowers the rebound rules the game." It's a line from the cartoon "Slam Dunk." You can't win if you have 30 rebounds difference from your opponent. The Philippines needs a strong center and defense. Korea will beat New Zealand in the quarterfinals. Ha ha!

In my opinion, We have the chances to defeat this teams on this tournament, if we have that team that almost defeated the Serbian Basketball Squad and we have also the chance to be a champion of this tournament if we have the same unit or squad that fought versus Serbian Basketball Team.
