Well, I just looked up Does Hydrogen Water Help with Diabetes and the AI in google says some studies have shown it does. Then I looked up Hydrophile Bacteria and AI said Hydrophilic Bacteria are attracted to water and can mix with it, so thanks for the opposing viewpoint but I’m a Better Safe than Sorry kinda girl so I’ll be getting me a couple of these Hydrogen Water Generator bottles ❤

I got an ad for this, and immediately looked for debunks. I was curious what they meant. We're they using electrolysis to "put" hydrogen in the water? Because if that's the case you aren't "putting" anything in the water except the energy. Which is just wasteful honestly.

Bro, Just because this dude doesn’t use the right words doesn’t mean the technology and the concept is wrong… that’s a straw man argument… There are over 1000 studies/papers on the health benefits of hydrogen gas in the body. You don’t have to be a chemist or scientist to know that a liquid will hold gas in it for a period of time and under pressure it will saturate the liquid with an even higher concentration. Have you never opened a can of soda? That’s CO2 and is what gives it the fizz… CO2 will eventually leave the liquid if open to the air and we call that flat soda. Because the gas has escaped the liquid… now H2 is the smallest molecule known to man so it does not stay in the water for a long time and can actually go through plastic and other materials given time, which is why you drink the water right away and that H2 goes into your body… it’s not rocket science. I have been using the bottle recommended by this guy for over a month now and it took a few weeks to notice any changes, but I have definitely noticed an increase in my stamina while working out and recovery from my workouts… I’m 49 year old about 180lbs. I have drunk 3/4 - 1 gallon of purified water a day for several years now. I didn’t increase my water intake. The only change I made was to run all the water through this bottle first.

I like to drink alkaline water. It is gooder for the health. It tastes a little funny so I put some lemon juice in it to improve the flavor.
