Even with its size I wonder if it can survive Godzilla atomic breath or even its thermal nuclear form

Id love to see a "super earth", an earth like planet but larger in size with a smaller iron core keeping gravity similar if not less making gigantic flora and fauna possible. Avatar comes to mind but id love a grittier horror version. Maybe people have to learn to adapt on a world where they are at the bottom of the food chain, making the mega beasts pretty much only threatened by themselves practically ignoring the still vicious smaller creatures wed still struggle with.
