The Data Fabric Solution | Kafka and KSQL in Action - Apache Kafka Madrid Meetup

Stratio and Confluent have started a new collaboration to strengthen the Kafka community in Madrid. This is the second event of a serial of meetups we aim to celebrate each 2-3 months.

- FIRST TALK (in English):

In this talk, Robin Moffatt, Developer Advocate at Confluent, explained the architectural reasoning for Apache Kafka and the benefits of real-time integration, and built a streaming data pipeline using the Kafka Connect API and KSQL.

- SECOND TALK (in Spanish): Antonio Abril, Software Architect at Stratio, showed through real use cases how we can use Kafka to process real-time social media data.
