"outgrown" that's what I thought too! But since my actions did not make sense and it's was like being cruel for the people I still value but dont align with, so I looked for an approach that is compatible with both physical and psychological aspects of me. Then I found out about "integration" and "assimilation". It worked well. Life is neither long nor short, life is for living only.

Yesss, it always tends to happen around the age you are, but be prepared for more changes as the years go on! I always swore to myself I will never wear bright red lipstick, I would never wear orange, and I would never do this or that but I have, sometimes we are adjusting to circumstances too, that allows room for trying out new things and then we look back and say why did I say never?🤔lol..

I'm 23, and I've been feeling the same as well. We are not the same people anymore, because we grow and we change.
People in my past, If they see me now they'll be definitely shocked from how much I've changed.

I enjoy your content because it is so realistic, and relatable to me. As a fellow INTJ I understand you maybe in a deeper level.
