That belly either came from spain, or you have some HUGE local pigs. Maybe some American pigs are enormous. Our pigs in New Zealand are so small, that peice would be the entire belly haha. After the ribs are removed, some people think the butchers cut off too much meat. We're lucky if they're 1" thick before deboning. These look great tho.
