This Hawaii beach isn’t rocky, but that didn’t stop Sylvester Stallone from building his dream house there.

Although it has changed hands since then, the beach house has once again hit the market for $8.8 million.

The oceanfront home on Kauai’s Anini Beach was designed by Honolulu architect Jim Schmit, who explains that Stallone wanted a dwelling full of contrasts, strength and light.

Hence, the sharp angles, organic curves, hard and soft surfaces and indoor/outdoor living and entertainment spaces.

Big real estate crash is expected.
Probably by this time NEXT year homes everywhere will be worth HALF what they are today.
