Can you explain how to update and delete?

for example if you upload another images/files then it will automatically go to the public folder or we will run the storage:link command again?

But after using this command Storage::link, then ek he image 2 directory ki space consume karegi na? So, if we upload 10 image then it will consume 20 space!???
