I definitely need to listen to the podcast now! I have followed Alex for awhile and she is lovely! I also love the fact she is in Australia, even if she is an adopted Australian 😉. I also like that she stresses the "appropriate" side of things - I'm not going to look super elegant wearing hi-vis and steel cap boots for work but I can at least braid my hair and wear mascara and some small earrings (bigger ones can get caught on greenery 😬) to look like I made an effort with the parts of my appearance that aren't dictated by safety gear.
