I feel like you misunderstood the "humans improving at chess" question. I think the person was asking about the ceiling for human abilities as a whole. Like, how much can the top GMs keep improving? Will they one day be as strong as modern day engines? (bit of an exaggeration but you get my point...)

Hey man, I'm a student in business engineering and it's currently the exam period here in Belgium. That means extremely dull days behind a desk from morning til evening.
