Iran Lauds Hezbollah's Attack on Israeli Military Airbase | Vantage with Palki Sharma

Iran has lauded Hezbollah-led attack on a key Israeli military base. Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah confirmed that his group carried out a large-scale attack on August 25. It targeted a military intelligence base near Tel Aviv. Iran which backs the Hezbollah group has praised the attack. "The Israeli terrorist army has lost its effective offensive and deterrent power and now must defend itself against strategic strikes," Iran's foreign ministry spokesman Nasser Kanani posted on X. Yesterday, Israel also launched air strikes on Lebanon, claiming to have destroyed "thousands" of Hezbollah's rocket launchers. The Netanyahu government has claimed that the Israeli army has thwarted a major attack.
