Happy Birthday Pei! Julia, prenatal vitamins are supposed to be great for hair and nails too - do you notice a positive difference? Thank you for showing your Crest White Strips - I've wanted to do it for a long time but was nervous and am glad to see there's an option for sensitive (I don't even know if I am, but still).
