Clarification: By "milking", The Scout means that he will throw the harmful (most possibly radioactive) mad milk throwable onto the Heavy and his comrades. Scout's acknowledgement of his ability to milk the Heavy also works well as a thinly veiled threat. This is further exemplified by him menacingly teleporting behind Heavy and his co-workers with said bottle of milk in his hand. In conclusion, Scout will not literally be **milking** the Heavy, instead throwing the non-milk substance at him which would then technically *"milk"* him and his teammates.
