The hair that fell out isn’t breakage, it’s likely trapped follicles that come out when you wash. Totally normal and not damage related.

Man, we got the same hair. Cool seeing another person rocking the fro. I mainly do twist and twist-outs due to just not wanting to keep up with everyday maintenance because usually busy for most of the week. And I have been growing for about 4 years. But seeing your videos makes me want to go back to the fro for a bit.

I’m pretty sure that bundle of hair was mostly shed hair, and not breakage, which is completely normal and necessary 😌
