My case was approved since 2022 F2b .My priority date is March 12, 2012.Uo to now no schedule yet.

I think its an excuse to say that IR visas are backlogged due to embassy caseload. For example we can clearly see that Pakistan embassy is prioritizing F cases over IR cases as they are processing well over 1k per month compared to 600 IR cases per month. F case processing exploded this calendar year compared to prior years, but IR case load processing barely increased compared to prior years...Overall, I really appreciate your expertise and insight on the matter. Thank you for all you do!

NVC DQ date is September 13, 2023
I have filed my eye 130 from my wife in November 25 of 2021 thanksgiving night. It got approved April 2023. it was sent to the NVC in April 2023 and I was documentally approved or qualified by September 2023 and we are still waiting for an interview at the US Embassy in Nairobi

My nvc document completed 2022 November 22 priority date is June 2016. F1 category.

My case was approved on February 2024 in F2b visa category, Priority date 18 February 2018 . No case création number yet from NVC. I contacted them through Public enquiry form. They told me that Immigration laws and regulations do not allow us to process your petition until a visa is available.  We will keep your petition until then.

How about Bangladesh? My husbands case had been sent to the US embassy in Bangladesh. Any idea how long the wait maybe for an interview?
