I read the proposed plan, This is only for new businesses, you can only claim the tax break after a profit. Most Businesses take 3 to 5 years to turn a profit and then it is small. Most new Small businesses Fail before 5 years. The tax for a small business 1 year out is unknown as the previous tax breaks are set to expire.
