As a beginner I absolutely loved this workout! I dont know if it was the punching, the music, or the instructor but I have never been so motivated doing a workout video by myself. The moves are just complicated enough to hold your interest, but not too complicated to where its difficult to keep up. And oh my goodness the punching! I felt like a warrior!

I absolutely loved it!! with the secondary images showing whats coming and modifications! its great!! and you are really god at it!. I just miss a countdown to get a sense of the lenght of the workout. Keep going!

So much fun, Ty! I wasn't a huge fan of the push-up bear taps or the burpees but you always make them doable with your music pacing. Great sweat session. Soaked!

Rolled out of bed this morning and SMASHED it. At first I thought round 2 of 3 Left was the final round (silly me not paying attention) and gave it my all, then I realised there were 3 more parts to go, and by the end I couldn't see because of the sweat in my eyes. Loved this so much! Thanks for giving us breaks so we could really give each round our everything!
I was wondering, for certain workouts, I wasn't too sure of my form (like the knee push). So if you have pointers, could you mention them in the previews? Thanks so much! <3

Loved this workout! Kickboxing elements made me feel powerful and the music kept me motivated (and keeping moves with the music kept the dancer in me happy). I'm sweaty and smiling, so that's a win.

Just found you and LOVE your workouts. Fast paced, love the clock time and showing what's coming up next AND not so much talking so I can just get in to the vibe of the music. I burned at least 400 calories ( I always have to redo parts so I never know the final count - but that's pretty crazy for 35 min).  Let me know your final count.
