Don’t let anyone judge you for this gym. It’s very well maintained 99% of the time and people mind their business. Also some of the most attractive woman are at PF, good motivation

I laugh at people that say you can’t get gains at pf... if you are motivated and have goals you can achieve them anywhere with anything

This gym has what you need for a good workout. I don't pay attention to any thing in there like lunk alarms or if they have pizza or whatever who cares. focus on your workout. And there's plenty of exercises you could do each time to mix it up. This gym is just fine with me. I like the chill atmosphere.

Interesting way to fit in the stiff legged without barbells! I usually just do it with dumbbells. Thanks for sharing. My local Planet Fitness just re-opened today. Gonna check it out tonight.

As much as I don’t like the smith machines, you definitely can get gains at PF. I’m just not used to smith machines

Kai Greene has that same warm up philosophy...never tried squats on the Smith look like you could get a great mind muscle 👍 for the stiff leg variation

I used to start my leg days like that so i know what you mean. Now i do squats first only because i don't want to waist energy cuz i go heavy on them.

You do the same weight as me on the Smith machine (200#). I feel like that's a good weight to warm up with, cause when you're done with it, you can always go to a higher weight.

Nice video. PF is the only gym near me, so I do Smith machine squats as well. What are your set and rep counts on this workout?

Not gonna lie, Planet Fitness has well maintained machines....better than my free weights gym.The pumps are better, too.
