Do you love step workouts? Then you need to try this step aerobics workout with weights.
This workout will tone your upper and lower body and burn more than 190 calories in just 20 minutes.
I'm using 2kg dumbbells for this workout but you can use heavier ones if you want.
Steps can be confusing if you're a beginner. If you find yourself messing up, keep repeating this workout until you get the moves right.

I used 3kg ankle weights and 1 kg dumbells for this one and I am sweating like no mans business. I have lost 6kgs so far since I started been consistent with my workouts and self care from July and a huge part goes to you and your workouts.

When it comes to cardio YouTube videos, I keep coming back to your videos. It is fun to mix machine cardio and fitness videos. I seem to stick better to fitness by having a variety.

I did two of your ten minute videos before leg day today. Big mistake. I did 5x5 squats instead of 8x3.

I normally use my 3 pound brass knuckles dumbbells by Gynmenst when doing your videos but I decided to use my 4 pound ones instead for this one. My max heart rate was 184. It is good to know that you also use about the same weight.

Phew! My body was begging me for mercy! I feel amazing though. I used 1 kilo weights, although I had to remove the first step riser half way through! Many thanks for this .

My personal trainer has said he wants me to do low cardio impact during the week - not too much intensity. Yours looks pretty good to me.
