I'm new to investing, and I've lost a good sum trying out strategies I found in online tutorials. I would sincerely appreciate any recommendations you have.

This is hilarious. I just got a quote to knock a wall through to my garage, and refurbish the garage.

I couldn't get anything less than £48, 000 and that was without a fitted kitchen.

You are massively underestimating refurbish costs.

Hello Abi, I purchased a ticket for the Wealth Through Property event a few days ago. I received an email with my invoice and receipt confirming that I have bought the ticket. However I have not received any further information on how to actually attend this event. Please assist.

Wow… I’m impressed . I have done some flips.. I’m going to subscribe.. can I ask you a question here… whilst you was examining previous sold prices and none were shown.. as obviously not sold since records on Rightmove began… so t least 20-25 years not sold . The asking price was what ?…£220k. Why did you choose to go in a cash offer at just £190k?
Why not £170k and then if it was rejected … you could move up to say £180. Also by this time if rejection at £170 say, you would know the estate agent and you would have feedback from the seller as to a closer accepting price -/ if seller is desperate… (may be it’s a family death / will / private matter/ could be divorce / separation… whatever) you would then know how and what pricey I come in at … this impacting your profit margin.??

I think the first cash offer you made was too high.. it’s been in for 14+ days too…
