I haven't used FL Studio for a while now. I haven't really used sessions before, but the good thing about running Windows in a VM is that it works just like bootcamp, so unless your mixing software is for Mac, and not usable on windows, you'll have to export it to a shared folder.

@MelleBreak There came no windows with the copy of Paralells I have. I used my own Windows CD for the installation, so no, there didn't come any windows with paralells, but you can buy windows 7 together with the new paralells 7
