You can trying using bristle brush instead comb.brush lot smoother did you have a bristle brush ？
You can trying 410f see how it works on your hair making silky straight as you using 450.
Did you trying using lower temp?

Your hair is beautiful. But sleeping in conditioner is not good for the hair. Hair can be over conditioned and the damage overtime can accumulate and by the time you realize it its too late to do anything but cut it. It could also be the cause of the shedding you mentioned due to the fact that yeast and bacteria thrive in a warm, dark, moist environment. Your hair might be fine now but everything works until it doesn't. Best wishes.
