quest pro: far superior lenses, stunning edge to edge clarity which results in a massive sweet spot, foveated rendering, 3D colour pass through, much more advanced controller tracking, face tracking, better LCD displays with 500 point local dimming, much better colour reproduction.
Pico 4: higher resolution and a bit better binocular overlap, slightly better fov.
but it is all destroyed by the glare caused by lower quality lenses.
Just saying - when you say quest pro is comparable to Pico 4, it is not really true.
