Things to help jamaica fight crime:
-Cell phones out of prison
-Cameras all over the island like England to track their every move
-Pay the police more ( that will encourage them to do their job and not take bribes)
-Criminals are hiding cameras in trees so they know when the police are coming ( they need to do a raid and find the cameras)
