I always hear this simplistic argument against tariffs that infers that the whole tariff is simply passed on to the consumers. That's really simplistic because raising the price erodes the demand for the product so it will normally be in the interest of the producer and the channel to lower their costs on the way to the consumer thus negating the consumer from actually picking up the whole cost. I believe that 75% of the Chinese tariffs in Trump 1.0 were actually borne by the producers (meaning they lowered their price to lower the effect on consumer prices). I would appreciate more honesty from these programs on the subject.

I’m 64 years old and have always been fascinated with history I’ve always paid attention to politics as well. I couldn’t wait to vote I still remember the first time I did. I was a Democrat for many years until a few years ago I am now a registered independent no party affiliation whatsoever. At this point I’m sick and tired of this pendulum swing every four years! I am also done with having the choice between Bad or Worse! Frankly I can’t stand either Trump or Harris. Politicians, same old same old talk a lot of crap and make promises that are never fulfilled and then make excuses why it wasn’t something has to change the two party system in this country is broken irreparably!

Explain the difference in numbers of votes between 2020 & 2024? Many people have questions about the 2020 election. The violence at the capital was similar if not less to the riots in Portland, Seattle in Minneapolis. There are many unanswered questions and issues still.

Honestly, I think that the pandemic with the free money it gave people it made people think that everything was cheaper because we had free money and then when the free money went away and we had to pay for it ourselves when mommy and daddy stop paying for stuff all of a sudden everything became so expensive.
