This is part 2 of the ZV457MG9 repair. This part I replace all 20 surface mount capacitors in the DVD recorder with standard radial leaded capacitors.

When I had to replace a few large capacitors on my amp I bent the leads half way down to resemble stick man legs/feet. That way there was more leg for the solder to grip to.

No need to add hot glue. There is virtually no weight to those caps.

You should mark the unpopulated ones because it's a lot less to mark.
