I've never trying to straight up just buy a cat breed. I've always adopted all my cats I've had (up to #9 right now, 4 are currently living) and they will always love you. My 4 current cats are Xander, Gorge, Alexander, and Sofi. Their breeds being Tuxedo, Orange Tabby, Grey Tabby, and Pure White Siamese. We have either adopted them shortly after birth or adopted them at around 1-3 years old.

Sofi is the exception, we got her from a family friend who passed away. She loved hanging out at our house when our friend was out of town so it was a natural place for her to come live instead of being sent away. She is currently 11.
