Ah yes, these words are in fact the truth.

This is edited so well, especially the bridge. Rodrigo sings "All I see/Is what I should be" when in reality, she is envious of what she *wants to be*, not should be. And the clips during that part really reflect Cady's wants: a pretty boyfriend, a snatched body, and popular. In short, she wants to be Regina George because she thinks she should be.
