Zero to MVP with C# and dotNet - I got State management working in the Blazor App. Let's start usin

This morning, I reviewed the way I ended up implementing application state in the Blazor App. Rather than trying to rely on all the things populating in the correct order during the request pipeline, I created an ApplicationStateProvider component that holds, populates, and keeps the necessary objects available to children of itself along the render tree.

After stumbling through that clumsy explanation, I implemented the UserId filter on the NPC List, and then linked new NPCs to the user that creates them on Save. Woot!

This afternoon, we'll start working on Quota Tracking.
