Manchester Arena: Youngest victim 'badly let down by emergency services'

The father of the youngest Manchester Arena attack victim says his daughter was "badly let down by the emergency services".

The eight-year-old child was carried off on a makeshift stretcher made from "cardboard" which was "full of blood from somebody else".
