Make your own unagi sauce at home

Unagi sauce is super clutch to have on hand and you can make it really easily for anything over rice! 😎 grabbed this recipe from @justonecookbook

1/4 cup mirin
1/4 cup tamari
2.5 tbsp sugar
1.5 tbsp sake
Simmer and reduce for about 10 min.
