Chicken Manchurian recipe

📜 Ingredients for 2 servings:
For meat:
2 chicken breasts, boneless
1 egg white
1 tbsp (0.5 oz) corn starch
2 tsp (0.32 oz) salt
For vegetables:
2 carrots
2 bell peppers (yellow and red)
4 garlic cloves
2 yellow onions
1 green onion
1 tbsp (0.5 fl oz) soy sauce
1/2 tbsp (0.25 fl oz) oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp (0.25 fl oz) rice vinegar
1 tbsp (0.5 oz) corn starch
1 tbsp (0.5 oz) sugar
50ml (1.7 fl oz) oil
black pepper
Dice the chicken breasts. Mix with salt, egg white, corn starch and set aside for 1 hour.
Slice the carrots, cut the bell peppers into triangles, chop the garlic and
dice the onions. Keep the green onion for serving.
Heat oil until hot enough to fry. Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden and crisp. Remove to a bowl.
On the rest of the oil, sear garlic and onions until transparent. Add carrots and peppers, and sear for 1 minute.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, a little water and stir.
Season with coarse milled black pepper and stir corn starch mixed with cold water to thicken the sauce.
Add the chicken meat, stir, and garnish with sliced green onion.
