The main reason ROR Adam wins is because they way the author write his character. He wasn't fight out of hatred or revenge. But to protect his children. Even at the brink of death, he still continues throwing punches at Zeus because he heard a baby crying in the distance. Showcasing that a father will do whatever it takes keep their children safe.
