Yes, Lea has also been the sound of Disney! This was in London and they were celebrating the 10th anniversary of Les Miserables and the reason she didn't smile at the end was because she was remaining in her role. The entire performance of Les Miserables was being performed on and off stage. The audience's reaction to Lea said it all. She was

Eponine (portrayed by Lea) is actually expressing her unrequited love for Marius, who loved someone else in this song. It's not about losing a child. But in relation to that, Lea portrayed Kim in Miss Saigon who swore to give her life for her child. It's also a superb performance from her, might as well react to this. And yes! She's a Disney legend!

She didn't smile at the end cuz she had to stay in that character.

"Les Miserables" is a musical (play). And this was based on Victor Hugo's Novel wtitten in 1862. . .This is an international play being performed by known artists. . . This is also being taught and performed in College Schools usually by College of Arts.

Lea as Eponine is expressing his feelings to someone (Marius) but it is only for her (own sake), so the song "On My Own"

The woman (child) that was portrayed is Cosette. I believe she is one of the main character of this play. . . and this represents "Les Miserables"

There were also movies made for this novel, I believe one in 2012, the other is made earlier. It's worth watching.

Lea is a legendary singer here in the Philippines. She is the top of the Food Chain.

I saw Lea on stage in Miss Saigon. Lea is one of the best female vocalists ever and a huge broadway and London west end performer. She is the singing voice of Princess Jasmine and Mulan. You should react to her performance of movie in my mind accompanied by Rachelle Ann Go. It is absolutely phenomenal ❤️

As someone else commented - this was the 10th anniversary concert of LES MISERABLES. No one smiled or bowed at the end of songs. I highly recommend that you check out Lea and Michael Ball singing “A Little Fall of Rain.” (In that song, her character is dying in. The arms of the man she loves who doesn’t love her back but only thinks of her as a friend. It’s gorgeous!)

Lea (pronounced LAY-ah) started performing at age 7 in her home country of the Philippines. She did theater, film, tv, concerts and albums. I could probably write a book about all her accomplishments! But two of her best known: she is the singing voice of Jasmine (“A Whole New World”) and Mulan (“Reflection”).
