It's called "Khaolam". A rise cooked inside special bamboo, this bamboo leaves paper like layer. It's delicious. Common food in Namsai, Arunachal Pradesh, India.

LEMANG is local traditional culinary in most province in Sumatera island made by sticky rice boiled with coconut milk also layered with banana leaf inside. Eat with DURIAN is one of my favorite ❤️

In Vietnam we also have a similar kind of cooked rise inside bamboo pipe. It is called "Cơm Lam". It is famous food in Vietnam that any know it.
