Used Cowbell for this but if you get terminal velocity and thrust you can fly across the entire map.
Easiest ways are with the chopper launch boost and then get out or launch a hog and grapple it.
Should be useful for speedrunning!

This reminds me of the old super jumps that you could do in halo 2 on most maps but especially on blood gulch. Brings back some serious high school nostalgia
