Today's way of doing business is generally a masculine affair, much to the detriment of both men and women.

In this compelling talk Michèle zooms in on our current way of doing business and makes an ardent plea to build business cultures that balance both feminine and masculine traits.

Michèle Mees, Partner and co-founder Centre for Balanced Leadership. She is the author of "The Balanced Leader. Exploring the Dynamics of Masculine and Feminine Energy"

Her passion comes from her belief that balancing masculine and feminine qualities results in better performing teams, happier employees, stronger customer relations, more innovation and creativity and last but not at all least a more sustainable, respectful way of doing business that changes the outlook of the world.

I almost wasn't watching that beautiful talk because of toxic feminism movement, but I am satisfied and absolutely learned something from it.

A great leader is one who knows how to tap into both the feminine and masculine when needed. A balance of both creates higher work satisfaction and will create loyal employees. Companies out of this balance will have high employee turnover and less performance.

It's a clear and motivating speech, and a great summary of the key elements of the BIG Deal training that Michele just ran for our leadership team at adidas Japan.  Thank you for changing careers and helping to make the (corporate) world a more balanced and inclusive place to live in.
